Monday-Friday 8am - 6pm PT. Orders and emails received on Friday may not be processed till Monday.
Shipping Times
Mock Man Press will ship any order in stock within 3-5 working days. During holidays and busy times, it may take a day or two longer. We appreciate your patience.
When you place the order you will receive a confirmation e-mail, as well as an e-mail when we ship.
We ship US Postal Service.
Domestic orders
Ideally you should receive your order within a week of shipping.
International shipping
The minimum transit time for international shipping is 3-4 weeks (even to Canada).
We have had shipments to China take up to 8 weeks. If you haven’t gotten your order within 4 weeks of the shipping confirmation send us a quick e-mail.

Merchandise Returns
We will issue refunds for customers who aren't completely happy with our products, but we require that you ship the product back to us before we will process the refund, less the shipping fees. Please include the original invoice or order number. There is a 30% restocking fee on all items. Email us to start a return process.
Damaged Products
If your product is damaged during shipping, we ask that you take a photo of the damaged product and email it to us. Once we receive the photo, we’ll send you a replacement free of charge.
